On 31 October 2025, URBAN PETRO INC, USA proudly announced the signing of a new international contract for petroleum product EN590 10 PPM. The official signing was led by Mr. Baiju Jayachandran, Founder & CEO of Urban Petro Inc, alongside Ms. Lara Leon Catharine, Mr. Zhao Zi Han, and Mr. Peter Devidson.
This new agreement marks a major milestone in Urban Petro Inc’s ongoing expansion in the global petroleum trade, solidifying the company’s reputation as a trusted American petroleum supplier working with both government and private sector clients worldwide.
2026–2028 Supply and Expansion Agenda
During the corporate board meeting, Urban Petro Inc discussed its comprehensive strategy for 2026 to 2028. The focus areas include product availability, refinery coordination, logistics management, and new infrastructure development. The highlight of the agenda is the Bolivia Project Opening Plan (2026–2028), aimed at strengthening petroleum distribution networks and refining capacity across the South American region.
Global Logistics and Vessel Coordination
Urban Petro Inc will also implement a global logistics initiative to improve supply efficiency through a medium-level vessel coordination system, enhancing CIF and TTO operations to multiple destinations. The project focuses on improving marine chartering, storage coordination, and global publicity to support the company’s growing international presence.
November Board Meeting and Project Inauguration
A follow-up board meeting and project planning session is scheduled to be held in La Paz, Bolivia, from 02 to 06 November 2025. During this event, Mr. Baiju Jayachandran will officially inaugurate the 2026 Petroleum Product Supply Program, covering multiple refined products including EN590 10 PPM Diesel, Jet A1, Crude Oil, and Gasoline.
South American Refinery Development
The South American Refinery Sector Planning Committee has been officially inaugurated under the leadership of Mr. Baiju Jayachandran, Founder & CEO of Urban Petro Inc, USA. This new committee will oversee refinery development, infrastructure projects, and operational partnerships in the region from 2026 onwards.
