URBANPETRO INC. ANNOUNCES THE 2026–2032 BOLIVIA–PARAGUAY PETROLEUM INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Strategic Initiative to Strengthen Petroleum Storage, Transportation and Rural Fuel Distribution Across Bolivia
SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA — 28 AUGUST 2026 — UrbanPetro Inc., USA, has announced its strategic plan to develop a major petroleum infrastructure and distribution program connecting Bolivia and Paraguay during the 2026–2032 project period.
The announcement was presented during an online Board meeting held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, where Mr. Baiju Jayachandran, CEO & Founder of UrbanPetro Inc., formally introduced the proposed development program and its initial strategic framework.
The initiative is designed to establish an integrated petroleum supply and logistics network, with a particular focus on bulk petroleum storage, cross-border transportation and expanded rural fuel distribution infrastructure. The proposed program represents a long-term development vision intended to support petroleum supply reliability, logistics efficiency and access to petroleum products in Bolivia.
1. LARGE-SCALE PETROLEUM STORAGE
UrbanPetro Inc. plans to develop petroleum storage infrastructure with an indicative capacity of:
50,000 MT per storage facility for each designated product
The initial product categories identified for the storage program are:
- Crude Oil
- Diesel EN 590 – 10 PPM
The proposed storage locations include:
La Paz, Bolivia
and
Santa Cruz, Bolivia
The storage infrastructure is intended to support strategic petroleum inventories, regional distribution and improved supply-chain flexibility.
2. PARAGUAY–BOLIVIA TRANSPORTATION NETWORK
A second major component of the program is the development of an efficient transportation and logistics system for moving petroleum products from Paraguay to Bolivia.
The proposed network will examine multimodal transportation solutions, logistics corridors, border-crossing infrastructure and distribution arrangements designed to improve the movement of petroleum products into Bolivian markets.
UrbanPetro’s objective is to develop a more coordinated supply chain connecting international petroleum sources, regional storage facilities and domestic distribution networks.
3. RURAL FUEL STATION DEVELOPMENT IN BOLIVIA
UrbanPetro Inc. also plans to develop a broad rural fuel-station network across Bolivia.
The initiative will evaluate opportunities to establish fuel stations in rural and underserved areas, with the objective of improving access to petroleum products and supporting local transportation, agriculture, commercial activity and regional economic development.
The proposed network will be developed progressively during the 2026–2032 implementation period, subject to feasibility studies, site assessments, regulatory requirements, financing, permits and applicable governmental approvals.
FOUR-PART DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The overall UrbanPetro 2026–2032 program is structured into four major project components.
Each component carries an indicative estimated investment of:

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
PART I — International Petroleum Supply & Storage
Development of petroleum supply arrangements and strategic storage infrastructure, including crude oil and Diesel EN 590 10 PPM storage facilities.
PART II — Paraguay–Bolivia Logistics & Transportation
Development and coordination of regional transportation infrastructure and petroleum logistics corridors connecting Paraguay with Bolivia.
PART III — National Petroleum Distribution Infrastructure
Expansion of petroleum distribution capabilities throughout Bolivia, including regional supply and logistics facilities.
PART IV — Rural Fuel Station Network
Progressive development of fuel stations serving rural and strategically located communities throughout Bolivia.
The four-part structure is intended to provide a coordinated framework for the program while allowing individual components to progress according to feasibility, investment availability, regulatory approvals and market conditions.
PROJECT GOVERNANCE & BOARDING COMMITTEE

A LONG-TERM VISION FOR REGIONAL ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE
According to UrbanPetro Inc., the 2026–2032 program is intended to establish a coordinated petroleum infrastructure platform capable of linking international supply, regional logistics, bulk storage and domestic distribution.
The company expects the program to be developed through a phased approach, beginning with feasibility assessment, commercial and technical studies, infrastructure planning and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
UrbanPetro emphasizes that individual projects within the program will remain subject to applicable Bolivian and Paraguayan laws and regulations, environmental requirements, permits, technical assessments, financing arrangements and relevant governmental or regulatory approvals.
