3. Payment Security
- No upfront payment
- Payment security through an acceptable bank instrument, such as DLC or SBLC, subject to seller and banking compliance requirements.
- The applicable instrument, wording and issuing bank are subject to verification and acceptance.
4. CIF Transaction
After verification of the buyer, destination port and banking arrangements, the parties proceed with the agreed commercial and contractual documentation.
